Having a resume full of job experience that does not show that kind of knowledge is useless, because you can forget it if you so choose. You get a sense of what kind of person you would be if you were hired by the company. That is a big reason to include all of your information on your resume. Just remember that the resume is the first impression that a hiring manager wi ll have of you, so make it the best one you can possibly make it.
